Improving complex service systems without disrupting the people who rely on them.

Jordan Koski

Design shaped by complexity, constraints, and real service conditions.

My work tends to sit in environments where services, systems, and operations overlap. The goal is not only to make interfaces clearer, but to improve how the system works for the people using it and the people supporting it.

Good design in that kind of environment means understanding constraints, respecting established behaviors where they matter, and finding practical ways to make complexity easier to navigate.

How I work

Respect established behaviors where they still matter.

Make complexity easier to move through without hiding it.

Work across product, service, and implementation realities.

A professional arc across UX, service design, and front-end work.

My background spans front-end development, UX design, service design, and public sector product work, with a growing focus on improving complex systems shaped by real operational constraints.

I design service and product systems that have to work in the real world — with constraints, stakeholders, and complexity built in.

I care about building systems that can handle real constraints without losing clarity for the people using them.
