At TechInsights, I had the privilege of contributing to the dynamic Product Design Team. Renowned for its semiconductor reverse engineering expertise and intellectual property review services, TechInsights had embraced the digital era by delivering its findings and services through a sophisticated SaaS online platform.

In my capacity as a UX Designer with a specialization in user research, my responsibilities spanned a range of impactful tasks. This included engaging in insightful interviews and workshops with internal users and stakeholders, meticulously crafting interview protocols, and employing advanced techniques to analyze and synthesize research data. My role also extended to the creation of essential research artifacts, such as personas and journey maps, to inform user-centric design decisions.

Beyond user research, I played a vital role in the creation of design artifacts. This involved developing both low and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to ensure a seamless transition from research insights to tangible and user-friendly design solutions.

While this chapter of my professional journey at TechInsights is now in the past, the experiences gained and contributions made have significantly enriched my expertise in user experience design.
